Here is our history
 In
1983 we began with Fiddler's Green, a condo on Placida Road.
These 2 bedroom 2 bath units were designed to be affordable,
comfortable and in harmony with the natural surroundings of the
area. It gave way to Fiddler's Green Phase II, and again it had
the same high quality and desireability.
After Fiddler's came Golden Tee and
then The Sanctuary at Golden Tee (considered by many as the best
affordable real estate investment in the area) and then The Village at
Oyster Creek. The Village is a quaint complex of 27 waterfront
homes consisting of 15 townhouses (each with it's own private interior
elevator and garage) and 12 condominimums. The
complex sold 100% of the units before the first building was under roof. More recently
three
new complexes were completed. Fiddler's Green Lakeside, Fiddler's
Green Riverview and Fiddler's Green Nature Trail. Over 95 brand
new 2 bedroom, 2 bath and 3 bedroom, 2 bath condos in some of the most
desireable portions of Rotonda. Again ALL
of these units were sold before the first building was completed.
Our newest project is Fiddler's Green Tall Pines. A
community of 43 two & three bedroom condominimums also located
within Rotonda. Construction is well underway and occupancy is
scheduled to be Novemeber of this year. The developer is offering
a FREE carport (a $6000 value) with any Pre-Construction purchase.
Broker/Owner Jay Wetherill is originally
from New
Jersey, he is an aggressive ex-marine, ex-police officer with a talent
for his proffession. Jay spent 20+ years in Richmond Virginia as a real
estate broker before moving to Florida in 1990. Jay
lived in a Fiddler's Green
condo for 12+ years. Married to his wife Sherri they have a combined
family of 1 daughter, Shannon who is a Doctor of Pharmacy, a son
Christopher who is a deputy sherriff here in Charlotte county and
a son Shaun who is in contruction doing pipe fitting and welding.
Having been in the same location for 20+
years we offer superior area knowledge and skills to assist you in your
